Scope of service
PrepTree Global provides education counselling, application support, visa guidance, test preparation, career support, and related services. The exact scope of your engagement is set out in the service package or written confirmation provided to you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and authentic information and documents, meeting agreed deadlines, reviewing submissions, and promptly notifying us of any relevant change in circumstances.
No admission or visa guarantee
Admission, scholarship, visa, and employment decisions are made by independent institutions and authorities. We provide professional support but cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
Fees and third-party costs
Service fees and payment schedules will be communicated before work begins. University, testing, visa, translation, courier, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse our website, digital services, materials, or intellectual property, attempt unauthorised access, or provide false or misleading information through our services.
